iCluster Technologies Return and Refund Policy

48-Hour DOA Replacement

If the device is non-functional out of the box, contact us within 48 hours for replacement or refund.

Battery Backup (Per Listing)

Battery performance varies by model as stated in each product description (e.g., 1 hour, 5 hours, up to 14 hours). Returns are not accepted for expected battery variations listed.

14-Day Return Window (Defects Only)

Within 14 days, returns are accepted for:

  • Major undisclosed defects.

  • Non-functional issues impacting normal use.

  • Incorrect configuration (e.g., wrong RAM, storage, or processor).

Cosmetic Wear

Scratches, dents, or normal refurbishment signs are not eligible grounds for return. However, before shipping, we will provide a detailed video showcasing the product’s condition so customers can see any cosmetic wear upfront.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in original condition with all included accessories.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed in 14 working days, with possible shipping or handling deductions.

Return Cost

If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. Customers will not be charged for shipping in such cases.

Warranty Policy

We offer different warranty periods depending on the product category:

  • For general products, we provide a 6-month warranty.

  • For MacBooks, we offer a 1-year warranty.

  • In special cases or promotions, we may extend the warranty—details will be provided at the time of purchase.

 

Rental Laptop Exchange Policy

If you are renting a laptop, and an issue is reported—such as the laptop not turning on—our team will address it promptly. If you are located in Bengaluru, we will replace the laptop on the same day. For customers outside of Bengaluru, the replacement process may take 5 to 7 days, sometimes up to 8 or 9 days. In both cases, no rental charges will be applied from the time the issue is reported until the replacement is completed.

 

Deposit Policy for Individual Customers

For individual customers, a refundable deposit is required at the start of the rental. Once the rental ends, the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours, provided no physical or liquid damage has occurred. Customers are fully responsible for any such damage, as stated in the agreement. For business or corporate clients, no deposit is required, and billing will be handled as per the rental terms.
